Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Obtaining a Return Shipping Label:
- Defective products: Download and print a label. (Free return shipping)
- Customer remorse: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Return Fees:
- Defective products: Contact us so we can fix them for you and change them if not fixable.
- Customer remorse: 30 days after receiving your product, you can send it back to us, and we will refund the product fee.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellation Policy
If the order is cancelled for unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the full amount to the bank card.
