Shipping policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment ( 9 business days). We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges (Canada)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping: For all orders under $100, a flat rate of $39 will be applied.
We make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed after they are placed.
Handling, Transit, and Order Cut-off Time for Canada.
Handling time:1-2 Days ( Monday – Friday )
Transit time: 3-7 days ( Monday – Friday )
Order Cut-off Time: 05.00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 05.00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto). on the same day. Orders placed after 05.00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been shipped.
All shipping times are subject to weather delays. MidAtlas is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather.

If your order has yet to arrive in the estimated delivery times, please contact our supporting team at sales@midatlas.com. If your order has yet to arrive within 30 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
Shipment processing time
Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-2 business days ( Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 3-7 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier.
